Under the direction of the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing ORACLE Lighting’s organizational processes and adding improvements to drive growth with our brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Ensure timely and accurate management of all company operations (This can include but is not limited to: project management, safety measures, inventory checks and balances, and personnel management.)

· Follow the operational mission of the company, communicate it to the employees and monitor activities in order to meet company goals.

· Supervise, guide, and measure the performance of the direct reports to promote their individual growth and the success of the business.

· Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.

· Identify project’s goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.

· Experience with system implementation to keep organization effective and current.

· Complete and process necessary reports and paperwork accurately and timely.

REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to embrace and drive change.

· High emotional intelligence with the ability to think through complex problems.

· Excellent communication, organizational and people management skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or related field required.

· Minimum 5 years management experience in a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
