The Operations Manager (OM) is a full time hourly position with commissions and bonuses. The OM's work schedule is Monday thru Friday (Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm). You would be responsible for running the club (this location) day to day; which includes but not limited to, overseeing and staffing three departments the Front Desk, the Kids Club, and the Janitorial personnel. The OM is also responisble for coordinating building maintenance and equipement repairs. I am looking for a person with the following qualifications:

Leader: Ability to lead a team of 10+ employees

Recruiter: Ability to identify talent for these positions

Teacher: Ability to learn and in turn train staff and colleagues

Ambassador Problem Solver: Ability to arrive at resolutions that satisfied members, employees and colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
