We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Administration Department in the NYC Tri-State Area. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. This position is hybrid and will work closely with our growing Ops team to perform, coordinate, and deliver quality service to internal and external stakeholders in the firm. Responsibilities:

  • Partner and interact with senior leadership across Citrin Cooperman to achieve key objectives and own business outcomes.
  • Act and lead as a change agent in the firm to drive successfully, operational objectives.
  • Manage the month-end close for time and billing system.
  • Review for distribution, the monthly reporting package for operations.
  • Oversee time entry policy and compliance process.
  • Assist with the creation and development of operational policies and procedures on the expanding infrastructure of the firm.
  • Provide, facilitate & collect insights, analysis, and research for decision-making on operational prioritization & planning.
  • Monitor, track, and provide progress/accountability of initiatives and goals.
  • Monitor KPI performance tracking, including utilization, realization, and revenue targets.
  • Assist with annual and routine insurance policies and plan review within the firm.
  • Provide analysis and thought leadership on issues critical to the success of the business's strategic goals.
  • Address ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ Years of experience of managing in a professional service firm.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in hiring, coaching, and employee development
  • Proven track record in overseeing and completing major operational projects such as ERP implementation, deployment of new polices, & etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree specializing in either business, accounting, or finance.
  • Public accounting experience in audit, tax, or advisory preferred, but not required.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
  • Proven experience with prioritization of operational goal setting and driving transformation.
  • Comfortable talking about technical matters with business-minded people and business matters with technical people to align firm objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage key relationships with Partners, Executive Leadership, VPs and etc.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives.

For positions in New York City, the salary range is $130,000 - $220,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
