We're looking for someone to join our team as an Operations Leadership Resident who:

  • Participates in two-year program, and completes learning objectives during interdisciplinary rotations, leadership development tasks and mission focused activities. Coordinates and completes special projects while maintaining supportive interaction with leaders across all levels of the organization.
  • Displays commitment to Adventist Health's Heritage and Mission; deepens business and organizational acumen while gaining broad perspectives across teams and developing leadership competencies.

    Essential Functions:

    • Meets with and shadow leaders from various clinical, operational and support services to understand how key aspects of healthcare operations work.
    • Participates in system, region and market leadership development and mission integration activities.
    • Plans, manages and/or executes functional projects and completes rotational learning objectives.
    • Attends and presents at leadership and unit based meetings across various layers of the organization.
    • Serve as an individual contributor to a functional team.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required
