We are looking for an Operations Team Lead to join a growing company in the area. This organization Manufactures products for some of the largest entities in the US. They're seeking an experience Operations Lead to join the small close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 15 direct reports
• Handle performance evaluations, provide coaching and counseling when needed
• Perform Time Studies, capacity analysis, product flow analyses, and work
• Work with key internal partners to maximize customer satisfaction
• maintain and support metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Technical Field
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of lean techniques including value stream mapping, 5S+Safety, single piece flow, and standard work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
