Rockville, MD location.

The ideal
Operations Analyst candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by working with Sales, Operations, and Suppliers to optimize cost and supply capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience using financial and supply chain data to improve work processes and supply chains.
Responsibilities and requirements will include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience analyzing financial and supply chain data is required.
- 3 years of experience improving work processes and supply chains is required.
- Travel of up to 2 days a month to complete job assignments may be required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills/ability to work well with people.
- Proficient with ERP software and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions regarding customer requirements.
- Ability to write technical reports and business correspondences.
- Ability to quickly respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Ability to apply mathematical operations and accounting principles on a regular basis.
- Ability to review and interpret technical and mathematical information on a regular basis.
- Ability to develop cost models, explain alternatives, and recommend an approach/solution.
