• Be the IVEX (Indorama Ventures Excellence) point of contact for the respective 2 Indorama Ventures Mobility (PHP Fibers and SafeTweave) Scottsboro (Alabama) sites and Indorama Ventures Mobility Winnsboro (South Carolina) Site with regards to information transmissions towards the IVEX Mobility Expert and the global IVEX organization. This includes requests for KPIs, requests for site information, and requests for status updates for specific items (open actions, best practices sharing, etc.)
• Enhance IVEX culture and methodology with site(s).
• Develop a plan to improve IVEX site(s) maturity level Year on Year
• Organize frequent project reviews within site(s), ideally on a weekly basis and assist project leaders in meeting their targets through the IVEX methodology.
• Partner with other site leaders within Mobility and outside if required.
• Understand IVEX present capability needs within site(s) and propose development plan to CTO, Site(s) Leader and Mobility IVEX Expert
• Support Site(s) XBelt employees in the accomplishment of their own projects
• Receive training and mentoring from IVEX corporate experts and/or IVEX Business experts to implement new strategic projects where applicable.
• Provide training to lower-level belts within site(s).
• Make sure that project data entered into KEY match budget expectations.
• Provide CTO, Site(s) leader an IVEX Mobility Expert monthly achievement reports.

Requirements

• Education Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Strong preference for degree in Technical or Business)
• LSS Black Belt or Green Belt Highly desirable

• 5+ years’ experience actively using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with all aspects of IVEX development at site level
• Familiarity with quality management systems
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes within respective site/vertical
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Able to employ KEY programs and metrics into operation seamlessly for success
• Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
• Ability to build relationships up, down, and across the organization
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization as well as organizations outside IVL (customers and suppliers)
• High energy with a high degree of autonomy
• Good oral and written communication skills (English)
• Strong time-management skills
• Additional languages may be helpful especially in regional positions
