What you'll do...

We're hiring awesome Customer Advocates to work in our Returns Warehouse in Madison Heights, MI. Moosejaw is an ecommerce leader in the outdoor industry, specializing in providing customers access to the best clothing and equipment available. Customer Advocates are a vital part of the customer experience at Moosejaw. They are responsible for handling multiple customer contacts, while embodying the voice of our core values. While Returns advocates do not speak/chat with the customer, they are essential in the customer's experience and ensure they receive their refund and/or exchange in an acceptable amount of time. When we aren't busy making customers happy, we are creating new dance moves and having dart wars. We love our casual dress code, occasional costume parties, feats of strength, and constant variety of music.
