Monarch Home Services is currently hiring for Appointment Generators in Hanford!
Our Appointment Generator's work at our partner retail locations (Costco), greeting & engaging with members face-to-face, while generating interest and scheduling residential air conditioning replacement appointments for our Sales Department.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Outgoing & Energetic
- Comfortable starting conversations
- Enjoys meeting new people
- Flexible and can easily go with the flow
- Has excellent communication skills (don't ever be too shy to ask questions)
We have both part-time and full-time available, but with limited spots.
We provide training and all the tools necessary to succeed in your new career! No HVAC experience required!
What We Offer
- Competitive pay plan! BASE PAY starting at $15.00-$17.00/hour + UNCAPPED commission potential
