Job description
· Work with clients to fulfill their vision for occasions such as weddings, celebrations, funerals, and events.
· Answer emails and social media messages.
· Take orders over the phone, email, and website from customers, including requests, delivery date, location, and processing payment.
· Update social media with photos and videos.
· Negotiate price for arrangements.
· Fulfill orders.
· Create slides, invoices, and contracts.
· Fill special orders for holidays, graduations, or other occasions.
· Fulfill large orders.
· Order and purchase flower and supplies from wholesalers and growers.
· Inform customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of flowers and foliage.
· Provide consultations and schedule meetings for weddings and other special events.
· Responsible for online emails, social media, and inquires.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
