Job Purpose:
The University of Scranton Department of Counseling and Human Services invites applications for a one year, non-tenure-track Lecturer position in our Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduate program beginning in August, 2023.

Essential Duties:
TeachingOther responsibilities as indicated in the faculty contract and handbook

Additional Skills Required:
Must be able to respect, support and contribute to the Universitys Catholic and Jesuit mission

Minimum Education Requirements:
Applicants should have a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited program and must have primary experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Candidates with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP accredited school and three or more years of experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor may be considered.

Preferred Education:

Minimum Job Experience Requirements:
Candidates with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP accredited school and three or more years of experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching and/or experience in Addiction and Family Counseling is preferred.
