Equity Lifestyle Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Waterford Estates located in Bear, Delaware. This position requires an individual with at least two years of experience in a similar role, and someone who is motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with team members and help resolve any issues before they arise. The manager must be able to work well with clients and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.

Your Job Will Include

• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, community buildings, roads, and amenities.
• Ensure that the property is clean and attractive in order to maximize occupancy.
• Analyze, prepare, and manage the park's operating budget to improve profitability.
• Set high-quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to our residents.

Experience & Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of property management experience; experience in a multi-family and/or manufactured home setting is preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative, and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Understanding of the operating complexities and the daily tasks associated with the position.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
