In this Office Intake role, you would act as the office organizational pro in the Oldsmar/Riverview area. We are looking for someone who has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to work independently.

What You Would be Responsible for:

• Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
• Involved in intakes, orders, and scheduling
• Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
• Other responsibilities will be assigned

Haven Qualification Standards:

• Must be a high school graduate
• Health care experience
