Front Office Personnel at Perfection Gymnastics are the first point of contact for our customers, and they strive to build relationships with all parents, students, and staff. These relationships allow the Office Staff to assist our customers in the most effective way while supporting their fellow staff members and the company at large. Office Staff members foster these relationships by providing excellent customer service and positive energy to their work environment.

Our staff is passionate about ensuring every child and family has an outstanding experience, whether they join us for one class or they have been a customer for years.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years of front-facing office/customer service experience.
- Managerial/supervisory/leadership experience a plus.
- Is highly organized and a proficient multi-tasker.
- Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications.
- Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.
Details:
- Employment type: Full-time 30+ hours, Part-time, 15-25 hours, depending on a number of factors.
- Salary range: $14-16 per hour, depending on experience
- Hour/availability needs: Must be available some daytime, some evening, and weekend hours.
- Benefits eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k.
Additional Qualifications:
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
