Sure Steel is looking for individuals to join our Office Project Management department. We are a subcontractor in the structural steel, pre-engineered metal building industries with projects all over the country. This is an onsite position with offices in Charlotte, NC, Sanger, TX, and So Weber, UT, and satellite offices in Eastern WA, and Des Moines, IA.
Responsibilities:?

• This individual must be able to analyze blueprints and other documentation to proactively manage each project from preconstruction, construction, and post construction.
• Consult and coordinate with clients, vendors, and our office and field team members.
• Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to properly plan the work.

• Manage compliance to the contract.
• Prepare proposed change orders.
• Prepare notices.
• Develop detailed schedules and manage them.
• Develop project specific earned value reports.

• Read specifications and drawings.
• Review submittals and RFIs.
• Plan work.
• Solve problems.
• Ensure conformance to the contract documents.

• Manage documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Obtain and quantify bids.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, subcontract agreements, etc.
• Review 3D models for potential field issues.

• Travel as required to meet client needs.
• Assist project team as required to fulfill our mission.

• 3+ years of experience in construction and project management.
• Aptitude for mathematics.

• Be able to analyze.
• Compare and interpret detailed information.
• Make sound and accurate judgments.
• Be detail oriented, assertive, and self-confident in presenting and supporting conclusions.
• Have strong communications and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.?
