We are looking for a few individuals to assist in the growth and management of our new office. As a company, we strive to not only impact our customers' circumstances but our employees as well. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers room for growth and advancement. Our goal is to help every employee become an expert in sustainable and eco-friendly home solutions. We are looking for hard working and dedicated sales leaders who have a desire to upstart their career in the renewable energy industry.

Primary Responsibilities

We are on the essential work-list to see which homes qualify for the federal benefits of switching to solar. We have teams that go home to home in residential neighborhoods to see if homeowners qualify. If they do, we set them up with an appointment where they can meet with a consultant to go over a clean energy savings report. We are looking for someone to open a Franchise of NOVA and implement our proven business model with their own team. From recruiting, training, and managing this individual would lean on our ownership group as consultants to help grow this new location.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
