A Servpro franchise is looking for a FULL Time Office Manager

We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone, proficient in office tasks, with excellent analytical skills and who is serious multi-tasker. You must be Responsible, Honest, Reliable and able to handle heavy work load. At times this is a very busy position and requires someone that can handle multiple tasks at once. MUST have a pleasant demeanor, work well under pressure and have a great attention to detail.

The Person who fills this position will be responsible for: (but not limited too)

Requirements:

· Strong Skills on sending out emails and written correspondence.

· Meeting crucial deadlines

Supervise scheduling, production and monitor jobs from start to finish.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Multi-tasker and fast learning ability.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; excel, word and ability to learn new software.

·Provide excellent customer service with a smile. Possess polite, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.

· Self Motivated - ability to work without much support and make decisions without supervision.

· Experience with billing, collecting and scheduling.

· Work well both independently and in a team oriented environment.

· 2 plus years of office management related experience.

· 2 plus years Working knowledge with Xactimate (A MUST)

Must have a valid driver's license Must be eligible to work in the United States Background Check

This is a full time position 8:00AM – 5:00 PM – Monday- Friday (some overtime)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
