Responsibilities:

  • – subject to change as Site and Client requirements evolve
  • ž Manages site timekeeping processes and Timekeepers to ensure that company and Client requirements, deadlines and processes are being met and followed
  • ž Provide backup support for Timekeeper when needed.
  • ž Payroll Recon Review – Weekly Payroll / Recon review processes
  • ž First Review: run Recon for previous week on Tuesdays, corrects craft code issues and distributes to Timekeepers for review and corrections.
  • ž Second Review: rerun Recon for previous week after Timekeepers have opportunity to correct and distribute “final” copy to Management: Regional, Site and Accounting
  • ž CRC Processing
  • ž Help to facilitate CRC (Class Rate Change) documents as needed for transferring employees
  • ž Monitor CRC status and confirm CRCs are processed timely in CMiC and Client system
  • ž Periodic review of CMiC “Active Employees” to ensure roster is current regarding CRC’s and terms
  • ž Submit necessary documents: CRC or COR’s to correct departments
  • ž Client System Employee Maintenance
  • ž Generate PRF forms for new employees based on dispatches received from SchultzHR and submit to Client for processing
  • ž Assign labor groups as needed
  • ž Assign Schultz employee numbers for new employees
  • ž Client System Review
  • ž Review Client system allocations to ensure proper work orders / project numbers are being utilized
  • ž Client Required Reporting
  • ž Client Manpower / Headcount reporting – Force Reporting
  • ž Work with Site Supervision to populate the Daily Force Report forms and submit to Client
  • ž SOX reporting in conjunction with Site Manager – runs required reports from Client System
  • Cost Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis depending on the Client Requirements
  • Qualifications:

Requž High School Diploma or possession of a GED

ž Refinery experience preferred

ž Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software

ž Billing experience preferred

ž Timekeeping experience with unions preferred

ž Ability to work well with others under deadline driven situations and respond to changes in priorities

ž Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational skills

ž Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion

ž Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, report roadblocks to the Field Finance Manager as neededired Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Pick up new systems and processes quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 per hour
