Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM & Friday 8 AM - 12 PM

Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule on site estimates
  • Greet Visitors
  • 1st POC for all incoming leads
  • Manage “sales” email and distribute to appropriate personnel
  • Collect, sort and distribute mail
  • Accounts Payable (subs, utilities, vendor accounts, Auto/WC insurance, health & dental insurance premiums)
  • New Hire Packets
  • Employee Benefits
  • Office Supplies Purchaser
  • Scan and digitally file receipts, documents and rebates
  • Keep office tidy
  • Maintain Vehicle / Equipment Maintenance Log
  • Classify transactions in QuickBooks
  • Be a part of implementing new company policies and procedures with Owner as needs arise
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure there is a smooth transition from “Lead Status” to “Job Status”
  • Job Profitability Tracker
  • Subcontractor Insurance Management
  • Receiving and documenting subcontractor documents
  • Generating documents for distribution to our vendors

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • QuickBooks experience (1-3 years experience is preferred)
  • Pay bump would come if you are a Public Notary
