Looking for an experienced CVT/office manager to manage a busy multi-doctor veterinary hospital located in Sun City West.

Looking for an individual that is strong in leadership, has initiative, and is confident in their veterinary nursing skills.

Must be experienced in:

· Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards

· Counseling any employees struggling in their roles. Comfort with training/uptraining technicians, assistants, receptionists

· Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff

· Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it

· Paying invoices, maintaining vendor relations

· Monitoring office supplies and ordering supplies as required

· Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork

· Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

Position is Monday-Friday. No weekends or major holidays. Competitive pay (up to $75,000/annually) based on experience. Benefits, CE allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
