A Food & Beverage distribution company with locations in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Chicago, Atlanta, and two locations in Florida, Miami and Orlando. . We service over 12,000 supermarkets, club stores, wholesalers and independent retailers.

DESCRIPTION:

Oversee (with daily working responsibilities) a busy transaction intensive office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand fully to execute as needed, all functions of the office – including but not limited to:
• Route settlement: independent and house drivers, – calculate and post independent commissions – prepare balance sheet -
• Order entry
• Manual price change + Manual deals
• Shipping documents (load sheet, pick ticket, return sheets, BOL)
• Clean out of stock from existing orders and prepare invoice
• Prepare UPC scan sheet for major chains
• Prepare driver envelopes for next day delivery
• Audit / fix daily routes to ensure proper receipt of funds.
• Accurately input information into computer
• Document and track driver personnel over/short charges to ensure timely collection.
• Communicate driver errors and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work on special projects periodically as assigned by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fully knowledgeable on DSD / retail sales
• Math skills
• Excellent attendance record
• Self Starter
• Willingness to work flexible hours – to cover all shifts if and when the need arises.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
