Our Non-Medical Home Care Agency is looking to hire a friendly, outgoing, professional local from the Bantam, CT area to manage our office. Responsibilites include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and all front office responsibilities.
- Promote the Agency to the town, neighboring towns.
- Boost visibility of Agency through word-of-mouth and other forms of marketing to bring in Referrals.
- Implement different programs to create new referral opportunities.
- Assist with Recruiting Caregivers by Participating in or Setting up job fairs and networking fairs.
- Assist with Hiring.
- Data Entry and Recordkeeping.
- Assist with Scheduling.
- Assist with Client and Staff Relations.
- Other office management responsibilities.

- Must live in the Bantam or surrounding towns
- Must be involved in the community to some extent
- Must be respectful, friendly and outgoing
- Must enjoy engaging with Seniors/Elderly
- Prior Home Care Management a Plus (not required)
