We are seeking an Office Coordinator for our Denver-Lakewood, CO office. The Office Coordinator is an integral part of our team. In this role, you will provide support to our clinic staff and patients, to ensure effective optimization of our offices. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities in a healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities
  • Update and verify patient information upon each visit.
  • Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
  • Maintain a high-level of consistent, accurate and timely communication with all levels of professionals.
  • Ensure positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • 1+ year of full-time receptionist or customer service experience.
