Position: Office Clerk – Supports the Admin Team

J. Hutchins, Inc. is a multifaceted company [excavation, landscaping, paving, quarry, asphalt plant, and farming with a butcher shop]. The Admin team administers project assistance, payroll, human resources, account receivables and payables for all entities.

Full time permanent [40 hours per week] position with benefits.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Send and receive emails
• Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
• Maintain high rate of accuracy
• Knowledge of modern office equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primary focus being Excel
• Organize data bases and physical files
• Data entry
• Filing
• Assist Admin Team on various projects
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience in office procedures/protocol desirable
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work and take direction from others
• Superior clerical and computer skills

Compensation based upon experience and qualifications met. Great growth potential with role and compensation.
