Job description

· Greeting visitors, answering their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department

· Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for multiple staff members

· Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending packages

· Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed

· Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees

· Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents

· Assisting with event planning and coordination

· Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms

· Providing general administrative support to staff members as needed.

* Bilingual with Spanish or Vietnamese is welcomed but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $20.77 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Huntington Beach, CA 92647: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
