I am looking for an office assistant with a positive attitude to join our young and growing company. There will be a couple of tasks assigned in various categories. First in Sales, the tasks would include certain business operations such as answering the phone and emails, data entry of new leads, follow-up, scheduling, and other client interaction. In addition, creating content for websites, social media, and print marketing. In the future, creating a monthly newsletter and email as well as following a guided course for lead generation to real estate professionals, commercial leads, and others. The second category would be in business systems and operations. Included in this category are tasks such as job costing current jobs, processing jobs, ordering paint, office organization, data entry in QuickBooks and Fieldroutes, scheduling technicians, and other various errands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
