Job description

Timeshare resort looking for a full-time front office administrative assistant. This candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, computer and communication skills. Must be reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Answer multi-line phone system
• Place collection calls
• Book in-house reservations
• Handle 3rd party booking sites
• Check guests in/out
• Collect payments by cash, check and credit card
• Interact with guests and homeowners on a daily basis as well as during resort activities
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of a large group of people
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to perform all clerical tasks
• Perform any other task assigned by management

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds. Weekends and holidays are required. Medical and life insurance available after 90-day probationary period. Vacation time available after 1 year of employment. Employment depends on background check and drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
