Administrative Assistant
The Hamel Company is a growing, local, family-owned build back / property damage reconstruction company. We service residential and commercial properties across Massachusetts, RI and Southern NH that have experienced property damage relating to water, fire, or other insurance claim related building catastrophe. Our company is growing and we are excited to add an Administrative Assistant to our team. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, friendly, honest, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Our office is located in Framingham, MA with easy access from Route 9. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Invoicing Customers
- Making updates to CRM software
- Follow up with customers/vendors
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Enforce compliance on all jobs
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching
- Prepare and format reports
- Written/verbal correspondence
- General office duties
- Provide administrative support for Marketing and HR
- Additional projects and responsibilities, as assigned
Benefits:
- Pay $57k-62k/Year

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years office experience
- Type at least 50 WPM
- Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Familiar with Quickbooks
- Good computer skills
- Willing to work on-call, after hours to answer phones 24/7 (rotational basis)
- Pass background check and drug testing
