Job Summary:
Evaluates plans and administers occupational therapy services to homebound patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
EDUCATION: Holds a degree from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
EXPERIENCE: One year of work experience in occupational therapy. Prior home care experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and have access to use of an automobile.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed to practice as a registered Occupational Therapist in the State of New Jersey
