We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our growing organization as we prepare to open a new location in Caldwell, ID!

This position will start in May-June 2023.

Hiring bonus available for external candidates.

Purpose

The Nursing Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Day-to-day operations of the clinic/team, 2) making provider/nurse assignments, 3) assisting in the hiring of nursing staff, and 4) successfully supervising the Clinic Nursing Team.

As a leader within Full Circle Health, the Nursing Supervisor must demonstrate the value system and must have the supervisory and technical skills necessary to support the Nursing goals as established by the Nursing Manager. Full Circle Health leaders are critically important to the creation and maintenance of a positive, collaborative, effective and professional organizational environment. This position is important when achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health.

Schedule - 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (LPN/RN) or Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)

Experience

  • Three or more years of previous Nursing/MA experience required; may consider alternative, relevant experience.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification

  • RN / LPN: Valid license to practice in the state of Idaho. Current BLS certification and current ACLS certification.
  • CMA / RMA: Valid Certification or Registration required. Current BLS certification.

Credentialing

  • Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for RN, LPN or CMA/RMA scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
