Nursing Home Administrator
Join our team as a Nursing Home Administrator and oversee two exceptional healthcare facilities - Cridersville Health Care Center, a 50-bed skilled nursing facility, and Gardens at Wapakoneta, an assisted living facility.
We are looking for an experienced leader who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing healthcare operations. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both facilities, including ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, managing budgets, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
· Valid Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing home management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care
