Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) searching for a new career opportunity? We are currently seeking CNAs to join our expanding staff of caregivers at our skilled nursing facilities located throughout southern and central IL! You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful teams of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

If you love change and like to learn something new every day, then our Float Pool is for you! The Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Healthcare workers, who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working in this unit very rewarding—work as little as once shift a month

Your Job

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Help residents eat and take medications
• Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• Currently licensed to work as a CNA in the state of IL. (We will cover your certification costs!)
• A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history
