Part-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
4 - 8 Shifts per Month
Split between Molalla and Albany, Oregon

Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 10 years and we practice in 20 skilled nursing facilities employing 20 Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare now has a part-time opportunity for a NP/PA working 4 - 8 Shifts per month, split between our skilled nursing facilities located in Albany and Molalla, Oregon. respectively. This position will pay $650 plus per day. Candidates currently living in or around Salem, Silverton or Woodburn would be in the ideal location to work in each facility located in Albany and Molalla.
