Who we are looking for:
You are an experienced nurse practitioner excited to revolutionize the delivery of mental wellness to members 18 years and older. You are comfortable with the delivery of virtual service and adaptable to new technologies that break free of traditional modes of care. You have a passion to help members develop actionable skills and build habits to support lifelong mental wellness. You are someone who wants to be part of an innovative, positive work culture.
What your day to day will look like:
Providing a member-centric experience that addresses the concerns that are unique to each one of our patients with holistic treatment planning. You will focus on member care without the need to worry about acquiring clients or billing!
Collaborating with other members of the care team to provide the best care for our members in a comprehensive, individualized manner.
Engaging with members in a meaningful way through medical appointments and targeted interventions to help support their mental wellness goals.
Participating in meetings with Clinical Operations Director, supervisors, team meetings, and Company All Hands meetings

Experience we're looking for: Nurse Practitioner - Family, Adult, or Psychiatric with active board certification through AANP or ANCC. Licensed in Florida, California, or Texas. Additional licenses in any of the 50 states or D.C is a bonus. Comfortable working with multiple platforms (Slack, Google Suite, Doxy.me, etc.) and adaptability to learning new software. Comfortable prescribing for major psychiatric conditions like depression and anxiety. We do not prescribe any controlled substances. You have excellent written and verbal communication, dedicated private office space, and a reliable fast speed internet connection. Demonstrated commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork. Cultural competency and an interest in working with diverse cultures and communities. Passion for our mission of innovative care models that break the mold of traditional delivery care models and embrace straight talk. Ability to pass a background check. Have or willing to obtain professional liability insurance. Flexible with schedule, ideally able to offer some hours in evening and/or weekends Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (We are not able to sponsor work visas) Bonus Points: Have entrepreneurial experience or previous work at a startup.
