Position Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Looking for a candidate to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Cardiology and Internal Medicine office.

Office has 1 Cardiologist and 2 Physician Assistants

Looking for Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to help Physician round at nursing homes and physician's office.

Position is full-time (part-time is also available)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide responsible care, make knowledgeable assessments, diagnosis management for patients.
• Must be willing to travel to various nursing homes.
• Maintain appropriate records, prepare charts for review and have good knowledge of EHR.

• Echo
• Stress Echo
• Exercise Stress Test
• Nuclear Stress Test
• EKG
• Endopat
• Vein Ablations
• Vascular Studies
• Prolo Therapy
• Platelet Rich Plasma
• Hormone Therapy
• Weight Loss Programs
• Supplements
• Hydro Therapy

Education & Experience:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Board Certified Physician Assistant
• 1+ years experience in the applied specialty preferred
• BLS certified (ACLS prefered)
• Current CDS required
• Current DEA required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
