Tapestry Health is seeking an onsite NP/PA for a great opportunity to have your own practice without the financial or administrative burdens in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Patterson, New Jersey.

Working in collaboration with attending and Medical Director you will help guide the care of residents and patients in this nursing home.

Candidate Requirements:

• Licensed in New Jersey
• Board-Certified
• Experience with geriatric population required
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Knowledge in medication management and de-escalation
• Must provide proof of the Covid vaccine
• Must be able to stand for a majority of the workday
• Experience with providing care in ICU, ER, Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Surgical will be considered

Salary and benefits: Starting at 100k, will commensurate with experience, plus productivity pay. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, 4 weeks of PTO, 9 company holidays, CME time off, annual CME allowance, and malpractice insurance.
