ARE YOU A NIGHT OWL? This position is for YOU! Spearfish Holiday Inn is looking to hire a Night Auditor for theFront Desk Department. The hours for this position are 11pm-7am.
Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications include the following:
- Room reservations and checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Issues room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
- Provides local information to guests by answering inquires.
- Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests.
- Compute bills, post charges, collects payments.
- Runs various reports on computer.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Must have strong computer skills and ability to learn hotel system.
- Ability to quickly learn front desk procedures.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
