Job Description
New Home Sales Assistants with Crescent Homes will assist New Home Sales Consultants in all aspects of the new home sales process. Assistants will learn how to effectively manage sales generation by utilizing corporate marketing materials, model homes, local resources and Realtor relationships. Assistants will be responsible for showing the community, home sites and inventory homes to prospects and Realtors as well as market the community by participating in local events and sales organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the new home sales profession and potentially be moved into a full time sales consultant position.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Serve as trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyer from initial meeting through home closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Realtor Community
- Enthusiastically meet, greet and register all guests as well as tour and demonstrate model homes.
- Generate excitement by effectively identifying needs of potential home buyers and matching related solutions.
- Process sales agreements and contracts
- Generate referrals and leads through marketing events
- Maintain the highest level of Crescent product knowledge, as well as knowledge of competitors and their products
Requirements
- Must have a valid South Carolina Real Estate License
- Must have strong communication skills and be willing to work weekends.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
