Monmouth Telecom is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Network Operations Level One Customer Support . Monmouth Telecom, headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey, is a dynamic and fast-growing CLEC. We offer a complete package of voice and data solutions for small, medium and large business customers throughout New Jersey.

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are mandatory and are the company's main priority. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and understand what customer urgency is.

This is an entry level position to learn the telecommunications industry and grow your responsabilities with the company.

Position duties include (but are not limited to):

• Voice and Data Customer Support.
• Support Desk duty – CLEC / ILEC trouble reporting.
• Email Support and Diagnostics
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Willing to train the right person
• Must be willing to work non standard but steady shift M-F.
• Must be willing to work at least 2 Holidays (overtime) in the year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
