NEEDED: Handy Individuals to Renovate Homes Near LeJeune (Jacksonville)
Tired of worrying where your next check is coming from? Enjoy working outdoors and physical labor?
We have lots of renovation work in Onslow, Duplin and Pender counties and will provide complimentary temporary housing to contractors coming from far and who will work for full work weeks or extended time where commuting daily does not make sense. We have plenty of work.
Fast growing real estate, management, and contractor seeking hard working, handy and reliable individuals or 2- and 3-person crews to perform renovations and maintenance on our clients' residential portfolio.
Depending on your capabilities we have many projects for you including everything from basic to more skilled tasks including: painting, trash removal, demolition, painting, spackling to more qualified interior renovation, carpentry and installation work. We are seeking independent workers/contractors, but we can provide tools if needed. We always provide the materials needed for jobs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $500.00 - $900.00 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
