Position Summary
As an integral part of MedPro’s international team, the primary responsibility is to guide candidates through RN NCLEX testing to gain eligibility to work and live in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work with MedProU NCLEX educators, US transition guides, and licensure team to deliver NCLEX training programs.
- Develop and modify NCLEX educational programs as necessary for on-line or through self-study.
- Serve as liaison between explorer (student) and International team members to ensure successful NCLEX score.
- Collaborate with education team as necessary to discuss student progress.
Job Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required
- Minimum of 2 years as a nursing instructor required
- Knowledge of the NCLEX test plan preferred
