Overview:
LITTLE ROCK, AR (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - Dual Physician Family is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER for their 3 children (a 1-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy, a 5-year-old girl). Their long-time beloved nanny is returning to her personal family and the parents are seeking a cheerful, entrepreneurial-spirited nanny to grow long-term with them. Duties include grocery shopping for the family, keeping the grocery inventory, cooking for the kids, light cleaning, and laundry for the family. Childcare-specific duties are mainly focused on caring for the 1-year-old daughter while the other 2 children are in school 5 days a week.

Live-in accommodations are within the house on the main floor. The nanny has a private room with king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a private exit for the nanny to use directly from the bedroom. The family has a housekeeper that comes weekly to clean the house.

The nanny will need to drive their own vehicle to and from school pick-ups and take kids to play dates. The family will reimburse for mileage and gas.

Hours will vary Monday - Friday due to Mom’s 12-hour shifts at the hospital. Dad is a surgeon, but his schedule is mainly 7 am - 5 pm M-F. The schedule will be given in advance and the family will guarantee full-time hours (40/week). Flexibility is important to this family. They travel on occasion and would like the candidate to have a passport or be willing to get a passport.

Benefits include PTO + Paid Vacation. Relocation is available and negotiable. The family has no vaccine preference. Pay is $25-35/hr based on experience. Start date 1/2/23.

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership

Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
