If this is your first time applying for an insurance position, this may be new to you. If you've been in this business for any time, you'll probably roll your eyes after this next statement because you've experienced and/or seen it over and over again-- The insurance industry is the WORST when it comes to support and training. This stems from 90% of agencies choosing the "quantity over quality" method of recruiting. Most hire ANYONE with a heartbeat, give them zero support, and if they're still around in in a year, they were "one that gets it" and they'll start handing them the mic to inspire the 99 out of 100 that won't make it. We believe this is ridiculous. We invest heavily on the front end to make sure you are the right fit for this career.

Having gone completely virtual, our efficiency and profitability is growing exponentially, which is matched with the reality that there have been few times in history where people are unanimously more inclined to purchase, increase, or review their insurance needs.

Imagine this... In 2019, we did $122mill in sales. Two months in to 2020, the world changes, and within one week we took our business from being 100% face to face in the home with families to 85% VIRTUAL (currently 90%+). That meant changing every script, process, mindset, and in essence turn the Titanic. This transition to virtual will be the single greatest catalyst for our agent's ability to exponentially increase their income. While the vast majority of the industry experienced massive declines or were acquired over the last two years, we increased sales 36% to $166mill in 2020 and another 35% to $205mill in 2021.
