Job description

Assure building, equipment, and grounds meet quality standards that provide optimal safety, service, and cleanliness to residents, visitors, and staff.

1. Assures residents’ comfort by responding to work orders in a positive, timely manner.

2. Monitors and maintains electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as well as sprinkler, smoke alarms, and emergency lights to assure safe working order. Repairs or replaces as needed.

3. Paints rooms and touch-ups as needed.

4. Maintains an inventory of housekeeping and maintenance supplies. Places orders as needed.

5. Monitors and repairs roof, floors, and walls as needed.

6. Inspects common areas to assure safety and cleanliness.

7. Maintains grounds that reflect an open, welcoming impression to residents and guests.

8. Maintains confidentiality of residents’ personal information in and out of the community and protects and supports residents’ rights.

9. Provides final inspection of resident’s apartment before move-in to assure all appliances, light bulbs, tub/shower and toilet are in working order. Assures cleanliness of walls, floors, cabinets, and appliances.

10. Maintains a positive customer service environment and practices honesty and integrity in all aspects of performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $51,000.00 per year
