Reach out today and enjoy working with our Saint Louis branch of experienced professionals, exclusively targeting the multifamily industry's needs for daily flooring replacements. Job Duties:

Build and Develop annuity replacement business for the multifamily community in and around the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area.

DSF does not limit or establish territories and will never cap the commissions that our salespeople work hard to earn and secure. We do not force exchanges of accounts between our salespeople and we will not take from our people what they have worked hard to acquire and secure.

Servicing the multifamily needs of the flooring industry is not for the faint of heart. This position requires daily commitment to perform efficiently and accurately, as well as quickly problem solve issues that arise. Nothing is taken for granted and we are only as good as the job we finished yesterday.

Working with the people of St. Louis in this industry segment is an honor. Flooring is often the highest yearly expenditure for our client's budget. DSF works to offer and provide solutions, as a service provider to every client, for the most durable and affordable solutions possible to fit their needs and budget.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent Listening Ability
• Work experience within the STL multifamily industry is preferred, either as a vendor or a property professional.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Computer savviness is required
• An Eager Desire to learn and utilize the most state-of-the-art technology and flooring software
• Able to travel freely as required by nature of the job
