Join us as a Multi-Craft Apprentice in one of our state-of-the-art plants! Here, you will get a well-rounded experience working on both mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment that ensures delicious snacks get made. Every day you’ll be faced with a new challenge to troubleshoot and fix in the plant, all while partnering with a skilled trades leader who will help you succeed. APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM DETAILS

• 
  This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses.
• We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship
• Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting May 2023.
• Your journey with us will include a full onboarding and professional development including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities
• This role is located in Cincinnati, OH and must be completed fully onsite

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Get R-R-Ready to Learn – Not only will you be working day to day on our production lines, but also participating in robust professional development to give you a great taste of Kellogg
• Utilize Your Education – You will be putting your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment and be a part of how the snacks get made
• Be the Jack of All Trades – Examine mechanical and electrical production equipment failures using root cause analysis. Interpret schematics and utilize programmable logic controller troubleshooting techniques, as well as turn a wrench on our packaging and production equipment. Every once and a while, you might even get to fabricate from scratch!
• Bake Your Best Ideas – As emerging talent in this field, you will be shaping this industry and your ideas are the missing ingredient we need to bring our best to the table!

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 
  Student must be currently enrolled at an accredited community college/ trade school and available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting May 2023
• Must prove ability to perform basic tasks based on a technical aptitude test
• Pursuing a relevant subject of study (i.e. industrial focused)
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
• A desire to improve the place you work
• Problem Solving and analytical skills
