Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Appraiser to appraise damaged vehicles via photos and to review estimates supplied by repair shops including total losses and to negotiate with body shops, insureds, and claimants to restore these vehicles and equipment to their pre-damage condition while meeting time-sensitive service goals. Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of vehicle appraisal or related experience plus competency in CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex.

A PA appraiser license is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

This role is a work from home appraiser position which requires a high speed internet connection and a home office space. There is no company vehicle with this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Appraise motor vehicle physical damages on both first and third party claims
• Complete total loss valuations
• Assist in the disposal of motor vehicle salvage

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior estimating experience is required
• 3-5 years of insurance experience or insurance-related experience
• Experience using CCC One estimating software preferred, but not required
