We are hiring experienced, self-motivated originating loan officers to join existing teams, or producing branch managers to bring a team and operations staff. Must be producing purchase volume in today's tight mortgage market. If you fit this then we offer you lower rates, better tech, and real people to help - and most times at a higher compensation than you earn now. You have to find out what your missing - do your homework and talk to us before you move your team to a carbon copy of everyone else. We build your business YOUR way as long as it is profitable, ethical and compliant!

Efficiency is our priority: Our proprietary LOS system is best in class, eliminating roadblocks, putting compliance on your keyboard, and taking a large chunk of human capital out of the equation. This equates to lower rates for your clients, and more compensation for you.

Flat organization: Most mortgage lenders are structured the same. CEO, President, VP, Regional Manager, District Manager, Branch Manager, Team Leader - all these managers take a piece of the pie, leaving your customers with a higher rate and you with a lower commission schedule. We are flat as a pancake. Branch manager to Owner - nobody in between to squeeze the life out of the profits. This equates to lower rates for your clients, and more compensation for you.
