Now hiring for the South Bay area, San Jose, Gilroy, and surrounding cities, but we are actively hiring for the entire bay area, from Sonoma County to Monterey.

As a Mobile Phone Repair Tech, here’s what you can expect to do:

• Meet with customers at a predetermined address
• Perform phone repair out of a specially equipped mobile work van
• Utilize service and communication apps to view daily orders and communicate with your team members
• Upsell Connected Home protection options
• Travel daily to and from the job location and several customer locations throughout a designated region, possibly in heavy traffic and inclement weather
• Manage logistics of daily repairs
• Manage serialized part stock and inventory
• Utilize programs and applications to complete repairs

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

• Prior experience in phone repair
• Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• A personal vehicle to drive to the depot location to pick up your specially equipped mobile repair van
• Flexibility with your schedule. This role is for a 5-6 day work week with varying hours. Hours are dependent on daily repair claims made by customers. Routes, drive times, and repair volume are subject to change throughout the week.
• Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in customer homes
• Ability to pass urine drug screening and background checks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
Technicians can be provided with P2P protection materials (gloves, masks, etc), UV device sanitizers, and sanitizing sprays.

License/Certification:
