Our client is on the lookout for a rock star Mitigation Project Manager in the Merrimac, NH area with multiple years of experience in the Mitigation and Restoration Industry!

Must Have's:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mitigation Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience
• Experience working with homeowners and customers of all kinds
• Experience working with insurance adjusters and understanding the insurance process
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Experience in Fire cleanup and restoration
• Maintain any IICRC Certifications

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise teams of technicians both in office and on they field as they complete each projects
• Review and uphold project guidelines in office and on the field
• Pursue sales and profitability of projects from point of sales to the completion of each project
• Train and lead technicians to for an efficient and effective process for project completion
• Responsible for being on call throughout working year

Benefits:

• $85,000 to $130,000 base salary

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
